Immersive Quality Assurance

About the Role

As an Immersive Quality Assurance specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our XR and web experiences. You’ll write and maintain tests, set up frameworks where necessary, and take initiative to improve our QA processes. You’ll collaborate closely with PMs and senior developers to define acceptance criteria and ensure our products meet the highest standards.

What You’ll Do

• Test XR (AR/VR) and web experiences for quality and usability.
• Write and maintain automated and manual test cases.
• Write and maintain API tests using Postman or Insomnia.
• Set up and maintain test frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright, Cypress).
• Take initiative to improve QA processes and tooling.
• Work with PMs and senior devs to define and document acceptance criteria.
• Report, track, and verify bugs and issues.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience testing web and/or XR applications.
• Ability to write clear, maintainable test cases and bug reports.
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia, etc.).
• Understanding of automated testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright, Cypress, etc.).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Initiative and ownership of QA processes.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Knowledge of accessibility testing tools.
• Experience with performance and load testing.
• Background in XR or game testing.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar issue tracking tools.
